How do I register?
In order to register you need to click on the New Member link which can found on the left of the screen.  Then click on the Standard Member link.  You will need to fill out all the appropriate boxes and proceed through the steps until your registration is complete.

Why must I become a member?
To experience all the fantastic services that Promotion City offer, it is essential that you become a member.  This will entitle you to use of the special offers, clubbers gallery, world and UK events, as well as the chat room and the forums.  Being a member also registers your details with Promotion City for future reference and upcoming offers/services.

What is "Home"
All references to “home” define the first entry page of PromotionCity.co.uk.  Clicking on this will always take you back to what is known as the Homepage, no matter where you are in the site.

Where did this website come from?
This website was founded by Neil & Mikey City in December 1999 and was the new beginning for entertainment websites for the millennium.  If you wish to find out more, click on About Us from the menu list on the left

What is your target audience?
Promotion City aim to bring entertainment, fun and information to everyone and anyone who visits PromotionCity.co.uk However, our target audience are clubbers and ravers who enjoy going out and socialising and gossiping with friends.  We aim to attract college and university students as well as promoters

How often are the gigs updated?
All the gigs are updated as often as possible, depending on the event dates.  The UK Events are approximately updated weekly and the World Events are updated monthly.

I cant find the gig my friends were talking about...
Currently Promotion City are running a special offer, therefore our scouts are finding out as much as possible in regards to what events are taking place.  Our scouts are continuously updating our site to bring you as many and the latest events they can find.  If you do not find a specific gig or event, feel free to Contact Us.

How can I advertise my gig, venue, club or restaurant?

How much does it cost to advertise?

What is Standard Membership for?
Standard membership is the main membership required to use the services at PromotionCity.co.uk.  In the near future we will provide a separate membership for Promoters only so that they can manage their own promotions on this website.

What's the members login area?
This is the area required to log yourself into the website as a registered member.

How or Why do I need to logout?
Logging out is required to end your session as a member at Promotion City.  In order for you to log out, you must have logged in previously.  All logged in members will see a message at the top of the screen similar to this: “You are logged in as John Smith, to logout click HERE”.  If you click the "HERE" link, you will be logged out successfully.

I've forgotten my password, now what?
If you have forgotten your password, then it is not the end of the world.  Click on the Forgot Password link and fill out the box required in order for your password to be instantly emailed to the email address you used when you signed up.  If you can not remember your email address, or username then you will need to Contact Us.

I am having trouble logging in...
If your experiencing difficulties logging in as a member to PromotionCity.co.uk then you should ensure you are using the correct password.  You may use the Forgot Password link to obtain your password.  If you still experience difficulties then take a look at our help page for this issue. Who are the Advertisements/Sponsors?
Clicking on the advertisements helps fund the PromotionCity.co.uk website, and shows support to the advertised sponsor.  The advertisements/Sponsors are not associated with PromotionCity.co.uk unless otherwise stated.

We understand that many members may experience difficulties and have questions, and we work as fast as we can in order to satisfy your queries and questions.  If you have not had a reply to your question in over a week, please be patient as we answer each of our emails individually.
