This night was an exclusive night and was strictly guest list only. We started the night off on a little adventure as we eagerly attempted to find the venue Copyright. We were in the right area but for some reason we just could not interpret the map properly. After 20 minutes of circling, trying to find the venue, we eventually reached ’Copyright'.

On entering the venue I must say I was very impressed with the layout of club. There was a total contrast between the grey street outside and the inside of the club (a tall brick wall opposite, office buildings and more brick walls). The word one would use to describe copyright is that it was 'Chic.'

Promotion City loved the large mirrors in the corridor between the two rooms although at times they can be addictive. We must take time to mention the toilet as they were not at all cramped as most club toilets usually are. These toilets were bright, clean and spacious somewhat like the club. A thumbs up here, we think!.

The ravers inside were enjoying themselves and doing their own thing, this crowd had been handpicked so a vibe like this was only to be expected. With the DJ’s laying down all the crowd’s favourite tunes and spinning all those up front and classic RnB, Bashment, Old Skool Garage, Jungle and Rare Grove beats.

The ravers simply complied with the rules of raving and 'got down’ in the only way, good ravers know how!’ As the photographs clearly illustrate the dress-code was sexy and slick, with an assorted array of different styles, the ladies looked very well put together, but the gents I’m sorry to say where most definitely upstaged and failed to impress me!

Overall an enjoyable night was had by all and this was definitely one of those nights which concentrated on quality not quantity as even though it was not a very large crowd it was very clear why people had kicked off their slippers and put on their party shoes.

If you’re interested in obtaining guestlist for future Departure Lounges nights then register on the Promotion City Guest List Section and we shall do all the rest!
