The time to stamp your foot on the ground had come around again! J2 and WJ Good Groove from Special Touch celebrated their birthdays in style at the VIP Rooms, North London.
With guest DJ’s from in and around London turning up to play and pay there respects to two of the industries most respected promoters/DJ’s over two rooms it was a night that had people raving well into the early hours of the morning.
You had two rooms consisting of an old skool room downstairs which was shoulder to shoulder and the more spacious new skool room upstairs. With a lot of people ranging from 25+ coming out to ‘Stamp’ up the place this was what could be described as a modern blues night complimenting the older generations and the new twenty something generations as well.
People were still turning up at 5am in the morning looking to rave it out as word quickly spread about the vibes of Stamp. One complaint would be that it was just far too hot downstairs but I guess that could have a lot to do with the temperature that the DJ’s had set!!
