Promotion City are giving all promoters the opportunity to advertise their
event on the Award Winning PromotionCity.co.uk to further expose
an event to a large number of web visitors. Flyers
are becoming a thing of the past - so it makes sense to get your event
listed on Promotion City with the potential of having well over
30,000 people each day view your flyer and event details via the
Promotion City website.
Advertising your event in our UK Events area couldn't be easier, and the best
part is that it can be absolutely free so long as you follow our
simple 3 steps...
STEP ONE
Ensure that your flyer has the PromotionCity.co.uk logo clearly on the back. You can obtain our logo pack from the following link:
www.PromotionCity.co.uk/download/pc_logo_pack.zip
(send this logo pack to your designers, and they'll selectively
choose the best logo to suit your flyer design)
STEP TWO
Once your flyer has been printed with our logo (or once you have received the
artwork from your designer), you may upload your event and flyer directly
onto our system using the following link:
www.PromotionCity.co.uk/addevent
- Please note that the flyers file size MUST be less than 300kb
otherwise it will be automatically rejected. You will receive
an email once you have submitted your listing to notify you that we
have received it.
When filling out the 'add event'
form,
if you notice that the venue is not listed, please send us a quick email
using the contact form, with the venue details
(full address, post code and telephone number), and we'll update our venue database,
however do note that some venues are prefixed with "The" or "Club",
for example: "Palace" maybe listed as "The Palace", or "Club
Boulevard" maybe listed as "Boulevard" etc.
STEP THREE
Sit back and relax. The
Promotion City web team will be notified of your event submissionn
and will approve your event once reviewed. Please allow up to
3 working days, although most events are approved within 24 hours.
Once your event has been approved, you will receive an email to
notifying you.
